How long does it take to build my website?

What do I need to provide?
We’ll need your practice information, any existing logos or branding, photos of your team and clinic (or we can use professional stock images), your service descriptions and practitioner bios. We’ll guide you through exactly what’s needed and when – you won’t be overwhelmed with massive content requests.
What about my domain name?
You’ll need to purchase your own domain name (like yourpractice.com.au) – this ensures you have complete ownership and control. Don’t worry though, we’ll guide you through the entire process. It’s straightforward and typically costs around $20-40 per year. We recommend this approach so you’re never dependent on anyone for your domain.
What if I already have a website?

What exactly does the monthly fee cover?
Your $92 + GST/month covers everything: Australian hosting, all updates and maintenance, security monitoring, daily backups, SSL certificates and ongoing support. It’s not just hosting – it’s complete peace of mind that your site’s always running perfectly.
Are there any hidden costs?
None whatsoever. You pay the build fee for your chosen package (Simple or Professional), then $92 + GST/month ongoing. The only separate cost is your domain name registration (around $20-40/year), which you purchase directly so you own it completely – we’ll guide you through this simple process.
What's the difference between Simple and Professional packages?
Simple Package gives you up to 7 pages – perfect for most practices that need a professional presence without complexity. This covers everything a typical practice needs to get online effectively.
Professional Package includes up to 20 pages and blog functionality – ideal for larger practices or those wanting to showcase multiple services in detail.
Both include practice management integration and mobile-responsive design.
Are there any lock-in contracts?
No lock-in contracts whatsoever. You can cancel at any time, you own the entire website intellectual property and you’re free to move to another provider without paying a cancellation fee.
Technical & Support
Will my site work with my practice management system?
Yes! We integrate with all major practice management systems including HotDoc, HealthEngine, Cliniko and others from day one. If your system provides an embed feature, we’ll seamlessly integrate it. Otherwise, we’ll set up direct links that work perfectly for your patients.
Where is my website hosted?
Your website data is hosted right here in Australia on Australian servers. This means faster loading times for your local patients and your data stays within Australian jurisdiction.
How do I get support?

Is my website mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. Every site we build is fully responsive and optimised for mobile devices. With most patients searching for healthcare on their phones, this isn’t optional – it’s essential.
After Launch
What if I need changes after launch?
We provide minor content updates for free as part of your hosting – things like switching out photos, minor text edits and changing contact details. For more complex requirements, we can provide quotes on a case-by-case basis.
Can I add more pages later?
Of course! We help ensure your website grows with your practice as your needs evolve. We’ll provide a clear quote for any additions beyond your package inclusions.
What about professional email accounts?
If you don’t already have professional email accounts, we provide free email account setup service in either Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. We’ll help you get professional email addresses like yourname@yourpractice.com.au set up and working.
Do I own my website?
Yes, completely. You own all the intellectual property, content and design. Since you purchase your domain name directly, you have full control over that too. If you ever decide to move elsewhere (though we hope you won’t!), it’s your website and domain to take with you.
